Do you ship internationally?

We currently offer shipping within New Zealand only. International shipping is coming soon! We're working hard to bring our natural soaps to customers worldwide. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when international shipping becomes available.

How long does shipping take within New Zealand?

Standard shipping within New Zealand takes 3-5 business days. We also offer express shipping (1-2 business days) for urgent orders. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipping.

What are your shipping costs?

Standard shipping is $7.50 NZD for orders under $75. Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping! Express shipping is available for $15 NZD regardless of order value.

What ingredients are in your soaps?

Our soaps are made with only the finest natural ingredients: raw New Zealand honey, grass-fed tallow, coconut oil, olive oil, and sodium hydroxide (lye). We never use synthetic fragrances, parabens, sulfates, or artificial preservatives.

Are your soaps suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes! Our natural ingredients are gentle and nourishing for most skin types, including sensitive skin. However, we always recommend doing a patch test first. If you have specific allergies or skin conditions, please consult with your healthcare provider.

How long do your soaps last?

Each bar typically lasts 4-6 weeks with daily use, depending on usage habits and storage. To extend the life of your soap, keep it in a well-draining soap dish between uses and store in a cool, dry place.

Are your products vegan?

Our soaps contain tallow (from grass-fed cattle) and honey, so they are not vegan. However, these ingredients are sourced ethically from New Zealand farms that prioritize animal welfare and sustainable practices.

Orders & Returns

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement. After this time, your order may already be in our fulfillment process. Please contact us immediately at honeytallow@gmail.com if you need to make changes.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, contact us for a full refund or exchange. Products should be unused and in original packaging for hygiene reasons.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package through New Zealand Post. If you don't receive tracking information within 2 business days, please contact us.
